The Problem / Task

Vaccination is important to protect human body from infectious diseases. Vaccination activates the immune system and prevents human body from the infection. As it plays a critical role in human life, vaccine container must be properly sealed.

In sealing process, Temperature controller plays a major role which helps to maintain the temperature of heater up to desired level to seal the vaccine tubes efficiently.

The Solution

Temperature controllers accepts the temperature input from RTD sensor which is incorporated with the heater. Heater is mounted on the upper side of sealing assembly.

With the help of PID action, where controller calculates the values of P(proportional), I(Integral) and D(Derivative) while tuning to achieve high accuracy. It helps temperature controller to maintain the temperature of the heater to the desired level. This enables the machine to seal the vaccine tubes efficiently by maintaining the desired temperature of the heater at sealing assembly.

All the parameters of desired set point, effective set point can be programmed from the home screen by using the shortcut keys which makes it highly user friendly for the end user.
