Genie PLC is used to control the process of bag/ pouch packing with weight/ quantity inputs and conveyor control. Special purpose machines are designed to pack detergent powder, plastic granules etc in a bag / pouch. With our Genie PLC, we have created a logic to combine Time, Count and D/I based process parameters.

Earlier customer has to install Timer, counter, relays etc in SPM panels, which used to consume lot of spaces in the panels and man hours for wiring. However, in new process, our Genie PLC act as timer, counter, aux relay logics etc. which help in reducing the inside panel space & man hour required for wiring.
