To maintain the optimum temp required for paddy processing and parboiling

Paddy needs to be processed to get right quality rice grains, after processing the grains at certain temp, it has to be passed through hot water vessels. It is called parboiling process. Semi cooked parboiled rice grains are then packed in the bags to supply in market.

Due to lack of accuracy in earlier analog Temp. Controller, during parboiling process, the water temp becomes extreme high suddenly. However, with our PR69 Temp. Controller, customer is satisfied as the PID algorithm is quite smooth which helps to maintain the desired water temp for required time period. Thus helps to achieve perfect parboiling process.
