Key Responsibilities 

Key Accountabilities 

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and forecasts  

• Align production plan with capacity, manpower, and machine availability  

• Ensure smooth flow of materials to avoid line stoppages  

• Run and analyse MRP in Microsoft Dynamics 365  

• Ensure availability of raw materials, components, and subassemblies  

• Coordinate with procurement for shortages and expedite critical items  

• Review plan adherence and share the report daily 

Major Activities 

• Demand and Production Planning 

• • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly plans  

• • Ensure full capacity is loaded every day  

• Material Requirement Planning 

• • Run MRP in ERP system Dynamics 365  

• • Check shortages of raw materials and components  

• • Coordinate with purchase team for timely availability  

• • Avoid line stoppages due to material issues  

• Production Order Management 

• • Create and release production orders  

• • Ensure correct BOM, routing, and quantities  

• • Monitor order progress on shop floor  

• Shop Floor Coordination and Control 

• • Follow up with production team for execution  

• • Track WIP (Work in Progress)  

• Dispatch & Delivery Planning 

• • Plan dispatch as per customer schedule  

• • Ensure On-Time In Full order execution (OTIF)  

• • Handle urgent orders / rescheduling  

• Monitoring & Reporting 

• • Daily tracking of: 

• • Plan vs Actual production  

• • Shortages  

• • Delays
