Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Drive end to end recruitment for plant, R&D, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and support functions
  • Manage the complete hiring lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and functional heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, social platforms, networking, vendor partnerships, and market mapping
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence as an employer of choice
  • Monitor and improve recruitment KPIs including time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, and source effectiveness
  • Manage recruitment budgets effectively
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
  • Prepare and coordinate department wise induction schedules with stakeholders
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, HRMS updates, and hiring reports

HR Partnering & Strategy

  • Support periodic manpower planning and organizational capability building initiatives
  • Partner with HR leadership to improve recruitment systems, policies, and hiring processes
  • Implement industry best practices in talent acquisition and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Maintain organization charts, employee master data, and HR MIS reports

Sourcing & Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain and update organizational charts and support master data creation & HR MIS reporting.
  • Source candidates from platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and industry networks.
  • Coordinate with colleges and institutes for campus hiring and build strong campus connect programs.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person prescreens, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage offer negotiations, roll out offers, and coordinate pre-joining formalities.
  • Oversee background verification processes.

New Joinee & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Ensure seamless candidate engagement throughout pre-hiring and post-hiring phases.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding, including induction planning, joining formalities, asset allocation, seating arrangements, and preparation of joining kits.
  • Coordinate and execute department-wise induction schedules in collaboration with functional stakeholders.
  • Handhold new employees during their initial months and drive the confirmation review process.
  • Conduct New Employee Interviews (NEI) to understand early-stage employee experience.
  • Collaborate with plant HR, operations teams, and external partners for effective hiring and onboarding execution.
  • Engage with GIC alumni groups and promote employee engagement activities (EE).

Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a small TA/HR operations team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Build capability within the team through coaching, process standardization, and performance monitoring.
