Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographic region. This role involves managing sales teams, developing strategic plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and Channel Partners.
  • Conduct regular Customer visits to review field performance.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Coordinate with marketing, Product Management ,  logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
